When referencing a thesis or dissertation using Mendeley in the APA referencing style, choose the Thesis type. The type of degree needs to go after the title. The institution needs to go into the University field. Both the manual and Mendeley references are permitted.

Manual reference using APA:

Chooprayoon, V. (2011). A study of factors influencing the adoption of E-Commerce technology in small

and medium enterprises (SMES) in the kingdom of Thailand. (PhD Thesis, Murdoch University).

Retrieved from http://researchrepository.murdoch.edu.au/5802/

Mendeley reference using APA:

Chooprayoon, V. (2011). A study of factors influencing the adoption of E-Commerce technology in small

and medium enterprises (SMES) in the kingdom of Thailand, PhD Thesis. Murdoch University.

Retrieved from http://researchrepository.murdoch.edu.au/5802/

Note: All APA references should be indented from the second line.
