You can find the information to reference a Cochrane review on the same page as the abstract. Next to the DOI, click into 'View/save citation'. This will give you the information for your reference but you will need to format this in APA style. Following the 'Journal article with a DOI' section in the APA referencing guidelines, your reference should look similar to this example:

 

Riley, P., Moore, D., Ahmed, F., Sharif, M. O., & Worthington, H. V. (2015). Xylitol-containing products for 

       preventing dental caries in children and adults. Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2015(3).
