If an author's first name is hyphenated, retain the hyphen and include a period (full stop) after each initial (American Psychological Association, p. 184). There is no space between the hyphen and the second initial.

Examples:

Author is Jean-Baptise Lamour      Reference citation style is  Lamour, J.-B.

Author is Ru-Jye Chuang                Reference citation style is  Chuang, R.-J.
