When a book has both a translator and an editor, you need to include both in your reference. When they are the same person, you need to indicate both roles. Follow the 'Translated books' example in the 'Books' section of the APA referencing guide to format your reference correctly.

Reference list example:

Yin, H. (1992). Fundamentals of traditional Chinese medicine. (X. Shuai, Ed. & Trans.). Beijing, China: Foreign
